Fundación Cuatrogatos at CEA

In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, Fundación Cuatrogatos, will present Fiesta de la Lectura to the 5th and 6th grades on October 5th. Fundación Cuatrogatos is a non-profit organization founded by Miami-based authors Sergio Andricaín and Antonio Orlando Rodríguez, with the purpose of celebrating the richness of the Spanish language in Miami. Segovia Ballet Español performance with Florida Chamber Orchestra

Segovia Ballet Español, comprised of Spanish dance students at Conchita Espinosa Conservatory of the Arts will share the stage with Florida Chamber Orchestra, directed by Maestro Marlene Urbay, and the Coro Orfeón Complutense of the Universidad Complutense in Madrid, in an homage to the music and culture of Spain.

CEA PARENT SEMINAR – Emotional Wellness & Social Relationships in Childhood

We are excited to invite you to our first Parent Seminar, where we will discuss Emotional Wellness and Social Relationships. The seminar will take place on Thursday, October 20th at 6:30 p.m. at CEA’s Rosita Segovia Theatre. Ms. Janelle Falcon is a Behavioral Health Specialist at Baptist Health South Florida. We are honored to have her join us for a conversation on parenting and children’s emotional, social, and psychological health and well-being. Ms. Falcon has a Master’s Degree in Counseling and clinical experience in mental health working with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with a variety of concerns in an outpatient setting and higher levels of care....
