Family Affair is a carnival-style event put together by our Team Conchita parents, bringing together families, friends, and alumni for rides, food, performances, our annual kickball games, and lifelong memories.
This year’s theme is “Raices,” celebrating the roots connect us as a community at CEA,
We invite all of our families – alumni, current families, and prospective students – to join us in the celebration!
Tickets and Wristbands
Ticket and wristbands are available through pre-sale for a discounted price. Tickets can be used for food, rides, and games. Wristbands can be used only for rides and games.
To place your order, please submit your ORDER FORM, along with payment, in the form of cash or check only, to your child’s homeroom teacher. Please do not submit payment via the payment portal, and please do not send electronic copies of the form to your teacher or the office.
The deadline to turn in the orders for tickets, wristbands, and the tent is Friday, February 14. After this date, you will need to purchase tickets and wristbands at the door during Family Affair. Please note that tents will only be available to reserve by February 14.
Tickets and wristbands will be available for purchase at Family Affair at full price, so buy early and save!
