The Administration

Summer at CEA Camps

Session 1
June 8th - June 26th
(3 weeks)

Session 2
June 29th - July 17th
(3 weeks)

Adventures in the Arts
offered to ALL students entering K4-3rd grade

Adventures in the Arts is designed for campers to use the different avenues of the arts and sports as channels to build life experiences. Through music, sports, movement, and visual arts, the children will learn life skills and develop social and emotional skills that will allow them to incorporate creativity, emotion, innovation, and integrity into their daily lives. Children will be exposed to fun activities that help to develop their coordination and motor skills, while continuing to work on their athletic and artistic abilities. They will express their ideas and emotions in a fun and imaginative way. Music ignites all areas of child development: intellectual, social and emotional, motor, language, and overall literacy. It helps the body and the mind work together. Children will use their imaginations while creating artwork with a wide variety of materials. They will explore artistic techniques and world cultures through arts and crafts in a way that will be just plain fun!

Cougar Strong
offered to ALL students entering grades 4th-8th grade

Cougar Strong is designed to challenge and stimulate young minds. We strive to create an experience that is as immersive and enriching as it is fun, as we are dedicated to creating authentic and meaningful experiences for our campers. Cougar Strong campers will be exposed to a well-rounded mix of technology, athletics, cooking and nutrition, and hands-on experiences that allow students to create solutions to everyday issues, works of art, and useful inventions.
Come join the Cougar Strong movement!

Summer of the Arts Intensives

Dance - Music - Theatre
June 8 - July 2, 2020
(4 weeks)

The 2020 Summer of the Arts Intensives are an opportunity to be part of something special and completely new. A collaborative project among young artists within a virtual space will give students the chance to continue training in their respective areas in a safe way, while coming together as student artists living in an unprecedented time and creating something together as a community. This virtual summer will stretch their creativity and challenge them to think and create "outside the box." The theme for the summer virtual project is Puss in Boots, and will include scenes and songs prepared in collaboration among the three intensive programs.

*Students who wish to still participate in 6 weeks of summer may join
Adventures in the Arts or Cougar Strong for the last two weeks*

(All intensive programs are by invitation or faculty approval for students entering 3rd grade and above-If you did not receive an invitation in February and are interested, please email
