Thanks to the success of our two FREE yoga classes last week, Harmony Jackson, Conchita Espinosa Academy class of 2010 alumna, will continue teaching yoga at the Conservatory through the month of November!
Harmony's classes are open to CEA and Conservatory parents, alumni, and teachers, and the community, regardless of previous experience in yoga. If you are a yogi, want to start a regular yoga practice, or just interested in learning more about what yoga is all about, join us next week! **No previous experience is necessary.
To purchase a 4-class card, please fill out and return this form with payment to Isabel Chao in the Conservatory office or CEA Main Office. You can pick up your 4-class card in the Conservatory office with Isabel before your first class.
Classes are not refundable, even if not all classes are used. Your card will be marked at the beginning of each class. Class cards are valid for the month of November.
Harmony Jackson studied traditional Hatha Yoga and Ayurvedic medicine in Kerala, India (the motherland of ayurvedic medicine) at the Rishikul Yogshala Yoga Academy. The Yogshala is registered with Yoga Alliance USA and Yoga Alliance International and holds the global recognition of being a premium-category registered yoga school (RYS) offering 200 Hour, 300 Hour and 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training programs of trademarked excellence. Her instructors included Gangesh Chaitanya, an expert in yoga philosophy who received his teachings from the great saint Swami Rama, Siddharth Bannerjee, who holds a Masters Degree in Forestry from FRI while studying in the Himalayan Mountains under the current Dalai Lama, and Sanathanan, who studied 'Yogasiromany' from the International Sivananda College in Canada. |
