On Valentine's Day CEA Celebrates the exQUisite Marriage of Q and U with the Pre-Primary Classes.

Q always follow U and on Valentine's Day we celebrate their togetherness. Ms. Jolliff officiated the ceremony in the Rosita Segovia Theatre and Mrs. Laboy, Mrs. Perez, and Mrs. Campos escorted the students, which included the Q, the groom, U, the bride, the "letter girls" and the QUeens and QUarterbacks who dressed up for the occasion. The wedding vows included promises to "QUack like a duck, write with a QUill, eat QUiche, spend QUarters, and survive giant earthQUakes" and may Q and U "have QUintuplets, eat sQUash, fill every QUota, survive every QUest, and tolerate every QUirk…" The ceremony ended with a beautiful wedding some played and sung by the pre-primary students on different instruments.

All the children wore a QU word around their neck, such as QUiet, QUiz, or QUeen. Mr. Antonio reminded them that the same rule applies in Spanish through a funny poem about un ratoncito que no QUeria compartir su QUeso.

After the wedding, each pre-primary class hosted a reception with croQUetas, teQUeños, and NesQUick chocolate milk.
