Alexander Veloso, M.D.

I graduated from Conchita Espinosa Academy in 1990 and although it's been a long time, I must say that CEA stays with you forever. When I think about what has remained with me after all these years, a few words come to mind: family, respect, love, loyalty, appreciation of the arts, but most of all, determination.

What I've learned mainly is that you must not only be proud of your accomplishments, how ever small they may be, but you must also be focused and determined in every aspect of what you do in your life and career. That way you have the best chance of reaching your potential. I have also learned that you must also have a passion for what you do throughout your life.

It was this passionate, determined, and persistent attitude that allowed me to stay on the right path. The path that eventually led to my success. I take these values with me every day as a physician, a friend, a father and a husband. It is those same values that I and this school will pass on to my children who currently attend CEA, and I knew this from the day I had them. I would never have it any other way!
