Laura Rodriguez

I am currently a reporter for NBC6 South Florida. My dream of becoming a journalist began while I was a student at Conchita Espinosa. I am proud to have been one of the founding members of Conchita Magazine and I definitely think my time on the CM staff helped me grow as a journalist. CEA was not only instrumental in my career, it's also where I met lifelong friends and learned the importance of being a well-rounded and balanced individual. The teachers are also people I will always love and cherish. It's amazing how many teachers I still keep in touch with. You know CEA is a special place when your 1st grade teacher remembers your dream of becoming a reporter and when she finally sees you on the news at 24 years old, she posts it online proudly for the world to know. Thank you CEA for all the memories! Thank you to my teachers, the administration, and the staff for the love and support. Go Class of '03!
