Javier J. Hernandez, MBA, PHR

My name is Javier Hernandez and I am a proud 1996 graduate of Conchita Espinosa Academy. Following my 8th grade graduation from CEA, my family moved to the Chicagoland area where I attended Marmion Military Academy. Marmion Academy is a private all-boys Benedictine Catholic high school located in Aurora, which is a suburb of Chicago. Following high school, I attended Benedictine University where I earned a double major in Management and Organizational Behavior as well as Spanish in 2004. Since earning my undergraduate degree, I have been in the field of Human Resources primarily in Higher Education. I have also earned my MBA and currently employed at Northwestern University as a Human Resources Consultant.

CEA paved the way for me not only academically, but instilled strong values for me to be successful. Till this day, I have many great memories of my time at CEA and built some great relationships. The opportunity of having a strong education as well as a focus in arts (tap) has provided me with a strong foundation. I thank CEA for instilling this in me and thank all CEA teachers and administrators who have had an impact on my life!
